Fraud Alert Management

In the event potential fraud is detected on your debit or credit card, your card is suspended to prevent any further transactions. Below is our fraud alert process:

  1. Text Notification: You will receive a text from short code 96923 to verify or reject the transaction.
  2. Email Notification: If no response in 5 minutes, you’ll get the same message via email.
  3. Phone Call: If still no response the fraud center will call you from (800) 237-8990.
  4. Call Back: If you miss the call, you can reach them at (855) 293-2456.
